Steven Wagner opened the doors of Steven R. Wagner, P.C. in midtown Manhattan in 1984. He was soon thereafter joined by his brother, John Wagner, Deborah Davis, and Bonnie Berkow, and the name of the firm was changed to Wagner Davis P.C. Together, the partners built a renowned practice centered on real estate, litigation, and cooperative/condominium housing matters, with specialties in leasing, mortgage refinancing, zoning, construction, trusts and estates, and commercial and corporate law.
